Syntax
native ArrayInsertArrayAfter(Array:which, item, const any:input[]);Description
Creates a new item behind the specified item and copies the provided array
into it. All items beyond it get shifted up by one.
Parameters

| item | Item index in the array |
| input | Array to copy to the cellarray |
Return
This function has no return value.
Error
If an invalid handle or an invalid index is provided an
error will be thrown.
